STUDIONINETOFIVE PAYMENT POLICY

All retaining fee's are non-refundable and non-transferable. Retaining fees will be applied towards your total payment cost, excluding consultations, which require a separate fee. Pleae note we are a cashless establishment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations that are not made 48hrs in advance will result in a 50% service charge. Same day and NO CALL/NO SHOW cancellations will result in FULL SERVICE CHARGE. Card on file will be charged! Please use confirmation email to reschedule
(1) reschedule is only valid up to 48hrs before initial appointment.

LATE POLICY

We allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and the card on file will be charged. Please note, once cancelled, rescheduling is not an option. We appreciate your understanding and encourage timely arrival to ensure you receive your full service.

COLORING SERVICES

If you’d like your extensions colored you’re required to pay in full for the desired hair color and at least (1)
week’s notice prior to your appointment. Please text 213-376-9001 with photos of desired hair color for qoute.
